My architectural work is located throughout Edinburgh, Fife and the Borders but I often take on commissions further afield.

I am an RIBA Chartered Architect.

I have a number of architectural projects in progress in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Dunfermline, Aberdour and South Queensferry; a combination of domestic and retail commissions. My work currently comprises House Extensions and Alterations along with New Build Houses and Retail. I have extensive experience in a diverse variety of commercial building types including Retail Environments, Hotels, Leisure, Medical and Transport and as well as experience in historic buildings.

I work closely with my clients to develop the brief into innovative and cost effective designs that respond to their physical and cultural context. Always striving to create elegant designs with a clear conceptual clarity, the design process is informed by both traditional construction techniques and the possibilities offered by modern materials and fabrication methods. I work with a number of well respected consultants and contractors as well as other specialist trades as required.

I provide all Architectural Services tailored to suit the demands of each project and can make planning applications and building warrant submissions as part of a limited service.
